How to make a return

Await return authorization before proceeding with shipping the product.

⚠️ Returns not previously authorized will not be accepted.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products, without obligation to provide a reason.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
✔ The product must be intact, unused and in normal storage conditions
✔ The product can only have been viewed or tried on, without signs of use
✔ The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and complete contents
✘ Solo Moda reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions specified above
Verification of the returned product
Upon receipt of the return, Solo Moda will proceed with verifying the product's compliance.
- If the product does not meet the requirements indicated in this policy, the right of withdrawal will lapse
- The product will remain in storage at Solo Moda for a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days
- During this period, the customer may arrange for the product to be picked up by their own courier, at their own expense
- After the 30-day period without pickup, the product may no longer be available, and no refund will be due
Refunds
✔ In case of a compliant return, the refund exclusively covers the product price
✘ Shipping costs are not refundable
Refund method:
- For orders paid with electronic payment methods, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, or via digital voucher, upon customer request
- For orders paid cash on delivery, the refund will be made exclusively via digital voucher
Digital voucher:
- Valid for 12 months from the issue date
- Usable both online at solomodashop.com and at the physical store
- Can be spent in one or more installments, until the credit is exhausted
Refund times
The refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the compliant return, subject to verification of the product's condition.
Personal data processing
The personal data provided by the customer will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used exclusively for managing the return procedure, as indicated in the website's Privacy Policy.
